JEM 3 does not send order emails

JEM 3 does not send notification emails after checkout - no order email to client, siteowner or vendor ... how can i set this up? anyone any idea? ;-)

please make sure you have added the cron job from settings > global configuration > system > cron jobs for emails to be sent out.

Also make sure you have set up your email settings in the config area

cronjob is setup, all email settings as well, for all site, vendors and client has a email to. mails are neither in mail queue nor archive ... any special thing i did not see maybe, or bug?

make sure you have set the vendor option 'Send Email Alert' to 'yes' in the vendor details page.

it's set as well ... even if this would not have been set, it still should send notification emails to clients and siteowner - but it sends no emails at all in regards to the shopping cart ... sign up and welcome mails work perfectly fine ... so - what to do??

i can do some coding as well - so if anything to uncomment or so ...
i also can give you full access data incl. ftp via pm if you want to examine everything yourself?

update option in admin says there is version 3.0.1 - i'm on 3.0. ... maybe i could get that update? perhaps that solves the issue ... just need to get the script fully running and customize it, we want to start with full version, but need to see everything's working nicely before we buy ... hope for your understanding ...

Did you generate a real payment? . We tested it and it works fine. . Make sure you enable a real time payment gateway first
