commission generated in affiliate marketing tool in JEM and JAM

I install JAM and JEM.
But i have some issues in it.

1. how commission generated in affiliate marketing tool in JEM ?
2. I am not understanding how pay per action and pay per sale works in
JAM. How per product commission works.

so please tell me in details how it works?

if you installed JEM, that already has its own built-in affiliate manager, so you don't need to install JAM. you just need to set the affiliate groups in JEM.

that is where you setup the commission amounts.

if you want to have per product commissions, go to each product in JEM and click on the affiliates tab to setup custom commissions per product.
