I'm trying to set up Invisilink, but it's not referencing the affiliate. Clicks are counted but does not generate commission for the member.
My program is already configured on the thank you page and everything works fine.

did you view the integration code on your thank you page to see if it is properly populating the sale and transaction values?

I do not know why noone is answering here

I have the same problem

a.) a commission is generated when the customers comes to our page with a banner BUT
b.) the invisilink does not work, there are NO clicks

I do not know why because I included everything as told...so why is the support here so slow by the way??

you need to make sure you have integrate JAM for commission generation with your shopping cart before a commission can actually be generated.
